Great for just two months

Bought this washing machine 2 months ago. Worked as a charm for the solid two months. Great for small spaces and very easy to use. Very light and overall great. After 2 months it stopped working, neither the drying spinner or the washing spinner started it. Even the draining function is not working properly. I understand this is a temporary washing machine but just two months is not worth the hassle to figure out everything. I lost more money buying this . If you are the type of person that will consider buying several throughout the year this works, overall is too expensive.

This is perfect for apartments!!

So easy to use, and the dryer is surprising amazing. I drain it into a bucket then dump it into the sink, it’s very easy that way since the cords are kinda short.

I would really love customer service to give me a call about this device. My name is Brianna McDonald I purchased this item for my apartment. I have only gotten 3 washes out of this device before the "dewaterer" started filling with water from the washer and then started SMOKING. I'm so disappointed the reviews looked amazing and I had just finally figured out how to use this efficiently with the space I have AND I spent my last 200$ trying to make sure my house would be a home. So disappointed please help I really don't know what to do.

Can damage clothes easily.

Good machine except the agitator is extremely aggressive. It pulls stiches and wrecks prints. The "normal" or "soft" wash setting only change the spin time of the agitator from about 6 seconds to 3 seconds. It doesn't agitate more gently. The water pump, one selling point of this machine, does not work well. I was able to find a metal shelf that fits the machine perfectly to raise it above the side of my tub to drain the water. You need to use way less soap that you would think, using more than level 1 on most liquid soap measures cause too many suds and makes rinsing take forever. It would be a perfect machine if the "wash cycle" actually adjusted how fast the agitator spins to prevent damage to clothes.

Half the amount of water, plus clothes, then the water level will be much higher and the water will overflow. So please try sticking a ring of waterproof sponge..

The instructions shows that it’s supposed to come with a bag attached to the filter to catch but when I got it there was no lint bag attached to it.

The bag was too easy to get dirty and moldy before, so updated the washing machine. There is no filter bag now and you only need to clean the filter box after washing.
