Love this little washing machine
I love this little washing machine. I'm sorry I didn't buy it sooner, it's the best thing I bought. It's a little work taking the clothes out of the washing bucket and putting them in the spin bucket but it's worth it then going to the laundry room. It works absolutely amazing. I love this washing machine ?

Q:
I just got it and it's not washing
A:
If your washing machine is not washing, please check the following: 1. **Water Inlet and Outlet**: Ensure that the water inlet and outlet pipes are properly connected and that the faucet for the water inlet hose is open at all times. 2. **Power Supply**: Make sure the machine is plugged in and that the outlet is functioning correctly. 3. **Load Balance**: Check if the clothes are evenly distributed in the drum. An unbalanced load can prevent the machine from operating correctly. If you have checked these and the issue persists, please forward your question or concern along with your order number to our customer support at [email protected]. They are ready to assist you with any issues you may have.

Q:
How do I declog the machine? I took off the agitator and fished a declogging tool down the hole but that did not solve the issue
A:
To declog the machine, you may need to check if there are any blockages in the drainage pipe or the drain valve. If you have already removed the agitator and used a declogging tool without success, consider the following steps: 1. **Inspect the Drain Valve**: Remove the back panel of the washer and unscrew the cover of the drain valve. Check if the plug inside the drain valve is loose or deformed, and ensure there are no objects blocking it. 2. **Check the Drain Pipe**: Ensure that the drainage pipe is not kinked or clogged. You can try running water through it to see if it flows freely. 3. **Use a Wet/Dry Vacuum**: If you have access to a wet/dry vacuum, you can try using it to suck out any debris that may be causing the clog. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be best to contact customer support at [email protected] for further assistance. They can provide more specific guidance based on your situation.

Q:
Why does the machine keep draining out the water but the knob is on normal? I’m unable to wash because the water keeps draining.
A:
If your machine is continuously draining water while the knob is set to "Normal", it may be due to a few reasons. First, please check if the drain pipe is positioned correctly; it should be lower than the machine to prevent automatic draining. If the drain pipe is raised, it can cause the machine to drain continuously. Additionally, ensure that the knob is functioning properly. If the knob is not engaging the "Normal" setting correctly, it may inadvertently trigger the drain function. You might also want to check the drain valve strap; if it is too loose, it may not allow the machine to hold water properly. Adjusting the strap to ensure it is taut when in the "Normal" mode may help resolve the issue. If these steps do not resolve the problem, there may be a blockage in the internal drain system that needs to be inspected. Please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact customer support for assistance.

Q:
Is 120 V? Can I use the sink for drain?
A:
This machine operates at a voltage of 110 V. However, regarding drainage, the height of the drain hose should not be higher than 10cm from the floor, and it is not designed to drain into a sink.

Q:
Since it's not intended to drain into a sink, where should it drain into?
Q:
How do you wash and deoderize this machine?
A:
To wash and deodorize washing machine, you can follow these steps: 1. **Run a Hot Cycle**: Use a washer cleaner or white vinegar and run a hot cycle to clean the drum. This helps to eliminate odors and any buildup inside the machine. 2. **Wipe Down**: After the cycle, wipe the drum and the seal with a clean cloth to remove any residue. 3. **Leave the Lid Open**: After cleaning, leave the lid open to allow the interior to dry completely. This helps prevent mildew and odors from developing. 4. **Regular Maintenance**: For best results, it is recommended to clean the machine once a month to keep it fresh and odor-free.

Q:
Inlet hose won't stay on bathroom sink faucet, keeps coming off, spraying water all over...what kind of adapter is needed?
A:
If the inlet hose won't stay on your bathroom sink faucet and keeps coming off, it may be necessary to use an adapter. The type of adapter required depends on the size and style of your faucet. If your faucet is too large, you will need to purchase an adapter separately. If it is too small, the inlet pipe typically comes with a ring that can help secure the connection to the faucet.
