They LOVE it!

Got my son to assemble it. He's a D.O.T. truck mechanic and it only took him 3 hours to put it together. (I'm KIDDING! He's not a mechanic....) The girls love it. They drive it all over the pasture singing along to the preprogrammed Chinese music. It's pretty fast (for a 12Volt Tesla) and it lasts longer than they do between charges. Both of 'em ride in it until the younger one kicks the older one out. (That's pretty funny....) It stores in the garage sitting up on its back, so it doesn’t take up a lot of room.

9 months ago I purchased this, my son have been playing this occasionally, like once a week. This is built in great quality, very tough and solid. The battery last longer that I expected, within 9 months, I only fully charged this less than 9 times. Like once a month is enough. I guess every charge is 5-10 miles. And the remote control is easy to use and range is huge, it is very powerful, I like the freeze-world button that when something is going to be out of control. Unfortunately, I lost the remote control and I think it is not safe for my son to drive it alone(even his driving skill is good) So I contacted the customer support, they are very kind and helpful and always replied promptly. They rearranged a spare part to their private warehouse and is going to mail me a new remote control for a reasonable price. The customer support service is awesome!!!

The product not working after putting everything together and tried to hit gas pedal for the first time, it only makes noise.

It seemed that the driving plum blossom is not installed on the rear wheel. If the rear driving wheel is not installed with plum blossom, the power output from the gearbox cannot be transmitted to the rear wheel.
