Can’t say enough great things about this little tool
I was doing a full renovation of my half acre yard. I wanted to do a full grass renovation - dethatch, a little bit of leveling, aerate, overseed. There are bigger, more efficient, and more expensive options out there. BUT THIS little thing is an absolute beast. Don’t let the inexpensive price tag fool you - this thing does a fantastic job. Can’t recommend it enough for small to medium sized yards on a budget.

Much better than expected.
OK so I bought that hoping that it would ease the work on my back and shoulders when dethatching my in-laws back yard and it did. The yard is 3200sq ft., and after about 3 hours using the Goplus 2-in-1 Lawn Dethatcher and Scarifier, I had collected 38 30gal. trash bags of thatch 38 BAGS. Yes, I went very aggressive - lowest setting - I had to stop and empty the bag attachment after about 4'-6', but that was so much easier than raking that area and faster too. This device is low cost but don't let that fool you, its well built, easy to put together, lightweight enough to maneuver in tight turns and it HANGS on the wall in the garage for storage. It does the job its designed to do and does it very well. After the thatching was done I found so many areas of the yard where it was nothing but dirt and you could never tell because of the thatch sitting on top made you believe that it was just a dead lawn. Since then we used the Scarifier attachment like a small tiller and dug into the barren patches to get it ready for fertilizing and seeding. Expecting a much greener and better lawn come this spring.

Got tired of heavy raking the lawn in the fall to dethatch and the services i used didn’t do it to my satisfaction. This tool is the best. Works like a dream. The only negative was the small collection basket which filled rapidly.

Awesome product for the price.
The bagger is an absolute waste of time, full in less than 3’. Run the machine without the bagger, blow the yard or use a yard sweeper to collect the debris. I loaded two dump trailer loads and can’t be more happy with this product.

The blade of this machine goes deep into the ground, the deepest depth is -12MM, and the sprinkler system should be avoided when using it. Scarifier will turn some soil up to allow air and oxygen to enter the soil better. When it rakes out the withered grass with weak adhesion, but the vigorous grass is not easy to bring out. This can explain why the grass turns yellow after ploughing, because more soil is exposed to the air. This machine is three in one, rake the grass, loosen the soil, and suck the debris into the grass bag..
