I live in a small house, my kitchen is connected to the living room, and we decided to install this one in the kitchen window, we had to improvise a little and everything worked out for us, so the size fits perfectly, as for now the air temperature in the kitchen is like in an expensive car and the air is so clean! I I’ve never had any issues with this product ! I recommend it much!

nice unit
First of all the packaging job is superior. Never see a 100lb box arrive with perfect condition before. Nicely protected inside and instruction on the outside of the box make things clear. Remote control is very responsive, unit operates as described, cools the room fairly quick.

Unit arrived in excellent condition - no issues. Well packaged and secure. Although unit has not yet been positioned into window, had running and checked out for operation - all good with very little noise for the size of the unit (12000 BTU). Pleased with our air-con and will be buying another shortly for our lounge. A+ and would recommend to people in the market for a air-con in this design. Impressed with Costway prices and their discounts, making it the best and also cheapest deal in town. Well done people. Dean

I love this air conditioner!
Very pricey but worth the money when you don’t have to hear the unit running all day. Everyone asks me what is that for since they do not hear it. Cools off 2 open spaces. Bonus is you still have your window view. Installation was easier than expected. On a budget so I am saving up for another for bedroom.

- Q:Drain is inside and not outside? How do you remove the collected water?A:Please put the water container under the water outlet on the left side of the unit. Unplug the water plug, the water will automatically flow into the water container. When the water is finished, re-plug the water stopper.
