Easy to use
I originally ordered the 20" but had to return due to size of my shower. It was placed at the end. There was no problem with the return. It was handled in a very timely manner. This one fits great and is plenty big enough. Comfortable and easy to clean. Really like how it folds up and out of the way when not in use. Would highly recommend this product.

Solid seat
Easy to install, may need to us deeper groved (Phillips)screws to keep from stripping when trying to tighten. Other than that, quality seat.

Works for my needs
My contractor added support beams in the wall and installed this for me. It meets my needs. It’s more appropriate for a shower or a tall person with a tub shower combo. Keep in mind when installed in some tubs it will be a little high. There’s typically a two inch lip on the tub that cannot be drilled. So the minimum height is the tub height + 2 inches + the length of the slider.

- Q:Is that OK to install this on wall stud?A:The best option to install it is on concrete, but you also can assemble it for usage on your wall stud which can hold the weight.
