Great Coat Rack
I am a Sociology & Criminal Justice professor at Old Dominion University and recently purchased this coat rack for my office. Initially, I hesitated because there were so many similar items and I could not decide which one to purchase. After reading both positive and negative reviews about this particular coat rack, I was convinced that it was worth the try. I received it on 8/27/19 and assembled in about 30 minutes. The item is sturdy, esthetically pleasing, and solid. Honestly, I am glad I chose this one! While the instructions were not too detailed, I am used to assemblying stuff so it was fairly easy for me to put together. I strongly recommend this item for your office or home.

So far, so good.
Took a little bit of time to put together and making sure all the screws were tight, but it seems to be stable enough... I only have a couple light coats on it, but I love it!

sturdy. But not all parts are as pictured
This coat rack is really nice :-). So far seems very sturdy and is built solid. It is easy to put together and the parts weren't scratched or bent or cheap thin metal. My only issue with it is the ball on top was supposed to be a light colored oak looking wood and it was black.I think the lighter color would have really made it look more elegant. I did write to the seller and they offered me $15 back but would not send me a light colored ball. I was actually disappointed. I would've preferred to meet my coat rack look nicer and been out for 15 bucks. But I kept it. It still is very nice.

Sharp tree!
Fits nice in the area that I needed it. The black metal makes it easy to go with any kind of wood/decor.
Quite happy with the product. When on level ground, properly tighten it, and with the majority of heavier coat on the lower hooks it is damn near impossible to tip over. I had three heavy winter pea coats on one side and on the upper hooks and it was still quite difficult to tip over, even intentionally. It is quite nice aesthetically and well constructed. My only criticism is that some of the surface coating was smeared in an area but it would only be noticed in close inspection and not everyday use but it still bothered me.
