- I just bought this washer & have used it 2 times so far - and I love it. There was a small metal thing with a loop....that was included - but I can't figure out what it is for...... I could not find it listed in the instruction booklet.... I am thinking it might be something to put the cord through....but not sure.

- I just purchased this from Amazon. The manual is very hard to understand. It does not tell me how many items of clothing can be washed or dried at a time. Are you able to answer that for me? Also, can I use liquid detergent? How much can I use? And why are there two water inlets? And what is the metal clamp for? Thank you!
- The number of pieces depends on the thickness of your clothes. You can use liquid detergent, the amount of which depends on the amount of clothes and water. Two water intakes, because the part of dewatering bucket can also add water, but this part is not used much. The metal clip is used to fix the water inlet pipe.

- I am thinking of putting this beside my bathtub and having the hose drain into the tub. But that would mean the hose is going up and over the side of the tub. Will it still drain this way? Or does the hose need to be lower than the machine outlet to drain? Or do I need to place the machine itself in the tub in order for it to drain?
- The hose need to be lower than the machine outlet to properly drain. If you can ensure that the washing machine does not soak in water, the washing machine may be placed in the bathtub.
