This bed frame is absolutely gorgeous! My mattress base is adjustable, and apart from the bottom mattress base, the rest fits my bed perfectly. It doesn't affect the headboard and leg lift functions at all! The bed frame feels very sturdy, and the materials are top-notch. My husband easily assembled it by himself in about 40 minutes. It's incredibly cost-effective.
