We have had these chairs for a few months now. They are sturdy enough to not blow over in a storm, and with a little effort, can be moved as needed. I love that I can move them around the yard without them sinking into the ground. The padding and angle of the chairs are comfortable without being too much of a lounge chair.
Great customer service.
Recently started redoing my patio. Bought four of these chairs and it wasn't hard to assemble. Stacked them on the patio and noticed a small section of the rattan was loose. I contacted the company via email and received a quick response. Instead of sending a replacement seat, they sent a brand new chair. The customer service was great.
