These chairs are great quality and so comfortable to sit in! I highly recommend them if you're looking for an affordable, versatile chair. We ordered a set of six chairs, but unfortunately, two of the six right armrests had manufacturing defects that made them unusable. One armrest had a dent, and the screw holes on the other armrest were not fully drilled. However, I contacted them through Amazon and the replacement armrests arrived within a week. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars because that's what I meant. Although the experience was not perfect, I loved the chairs and was impressed with their prompt response to the defect and clear communication.

Pros: Good quality chairs, sturdy, good swivel/soft rocking, nice neutral color combination. Cons: A few of the chairs looked a little uneven, it took a long time to assemble all 6 chairs, and one of the rubber caps broke. They were supposed to send a replacement but have not received it yet. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.
