The massage nodes are nice and strong, The auto program is nice, and it has many others too. It does get hot when you use the heat, so just be careful with that.just love it!

I like this memory foam massage seat with heat. The vibrations are strong and feel good. There’s no digging in my bones like a shiatsu massager which hurts me. The heat is really nice. I like that this comes with a car and home outlet adapter. With the straps on the back it stays attached to the chair or seat. Very relaxing.
