I have a background in Theme Park Design, and am building a huge and dramatic waterfall in the backyard of my residential home. My metal-smith created some safety railings for me, and he added some 'rings' onto each railing so that I could snap on one of these red velvet rope barriers (as a safety indicator) and the one that I purchased through Amazon was absolutely perfect! You can tell its cheap and the interior material that stuffs the rope isn't don't equally. If you don't expect them closely, they are just fine.
