COSTWAY Recalls Baby Strollers

We’ve found a safety issue in our Baby Strollers series. To resolve the problem, we are providing a full refund to everyone that previously purchased one of our baby strollers in any designs. As valued members of the Costway family, we promise to continue to make your safety our first priority.

Hazard: The baby strollers fail to meet the mandatory federal standard of parking brake requirements, restraining system and passive containment/foot opening, posing serious injuries to children.

Remedy: Full refund

Consumer Contact: Send email to [email protected], or COSTWAY toll-free at 844-242-1885 from 9AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday.

How to Get a Full Refund: Email to [email protected] including your order information (order ID, recipient name or recipient telephone) and photos that the product was destroyed. The photos need to include that you cut the straps and remove the wheels from the product. Please place the destroyed strollers out for trash pickup. Then we will refund you for the full purchase price of the product within 5-7 business days.
