I have had mine for a few years now. I have balanced a couple dozen tires so far. Simple and easy to use. None of my vehicles have wobbly tires. Sure beats paying the local shop to do my tire work.

It worked as advertised

I had some weights pop off from where the shop put them on and I re-balanced them myself using this tool. It worked great. Even has dividers at the bottom to store your unused weights for easy organization.

I didn't have a lot of faith in this type of balancer just from reading reviews around the web but it was cheap enough to take the gamble. I'm glad I did. I used it on my front wheels & one was way off. A few weights later & the vibration I had is completely gone!

Every tire I’ve done on this has been perfect. Take your time when setting it up. Put a little grease on the tip before putting the top on.

Don't listen to the haters or the incompetents! Tire out of balance or alignment causes added danger, excessive noise, vibrations, discomfort, fatigue and enjoyment of driving. Why tolerate it? DIY wheel balancer and Lifetime $149 Pep Boys alignment is the way to go!!!$20 cheaper from other sellers if you can wait a few more days for delivery, their all the same item, red or silver... Bought from eBay "strongsealsco" $18.95 Tire Wheel Balancing Weights Stick On .25 oz pieces BIG BOX 720 pcs 180 OZ. I recommend .25 oz! Take pics of weights after installation for future record and analysis. I found no need to remove older, pre-existing weights. I averaged .75 oz if/when adjusting/balancing per wheel.1)The floor does not have to be balanced, don't worry! Use a little grease/oil at tip of pole. 2)Assemble and tighten nut properly. 3)I had a hard time getting wheel balancer to sit on sharp point so I found it easier to fit it upside down. After I got it to sit/fit flush on the center point, (one hand on pole, one on wheel balancer) I slowly turned it right-side up. 4) I had to adjust the bubble(because it was off-center), so don't be afraid to adjust to your prefrence of view.If you go to a tire shop, which tire/wheel do you need to balance? That's right, "I don't know which or how many tires are off..." So you end up getting all 4 at $15 each = $60, regardless if a tire doesn't need it, you still have to pay!. Sometimes you don't need any, it's the alignment.I have a '14 ES300H, driving at avg. of 4,300 lbs, in 1 month 3 alignments and 4 times of wheel balancing(I successfully balanced with GoPlus). My sister drove her '06 MDX for 13 years, limited local in-town and never had alignment or balancing- maybe one time when she bought MDX's first new tires 4 years ago.

Unit is fine. However, you get out what you put in. IE. Align it properly, lube the pivot point and be careful with it. It's not a high price dynamic balancer, but will do fine if you use it right.

I've always liked the concept of balancing tires with bubbles. with the addition or subtraction of wheel weights my truck now rolls down the road with relative. smoothness

How to adjust

Back in the day this was the usual means of balancing a tire and wheel. Still works. Floor does not have to be perfectly level, just reasonably so. The manual does not cover adjusting the level. To do so tighten or loosen the small screws surrounding the bubble. Try it, you'll quickly figure it out.

Great Product...

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this product. Took awhile to ship, but package was complete. I set it up and adjusted the level. Balanced my tires on my 2005 Honda Accord (which was way out of balance). Product worked like a champ. Car is running very smooth. This was an excellent purchase...
