This is a must have for change tire yourself. It’s very heavy duty and Well build. I use this stand daily basic. I use it to change tires, it works great. It’s a great help for me. My job change tires, but I can’t do it without this handy tire stand tool. Love it. No complaints so far.

The mitas tires are a mother to get on. VERY tight tire. This made installation sooooooo much easier.

It fits together but not how you think

The most helpful hint is that the pieces all fit together properly but do not exactly line up. You'd think all the top or bottom pieces go on the in or outside but such is not the case. This isn't precision machinary but close enough manufacturing. Some of the top and bottom pieces go inside and some outside. Get them all on loose first before tightening and you'll be fine. I was missing one lock nut but found it later in the bottom of the box.Definitely make sure you get some kind of pool noodle or plumbing pipe insulation over the top ring to protect your rim.

Yet to use it

Slightly hard to put together. Had to struggle with the alignment of the parts. Haven't quit figured out how to utilize the "Leverage Pin". I'm sure it will work better then blocks and whatever I could find to help break the tire down.

I own an Africa twin and want to go on a Alaska trip this spring... I wanted to learn how to change my own tires if I had a flat... well I learned..... you don't need this item, but I will use it on my four wheeler tires as well..... buy it and learn to take care of yourself..

Worked Great

I spent less than 3 hours changing a Harley Davidson Super Glide rear tire with this tool. It worked breaking the bead and holding the tire in place as I removed the old tire and replaced it with the new tire.

Easier and quicker changes

Does it's job. Easy to put together. You will want something to wrap around the top circle to prevent the wheel from getting scratched. Foam with zip ties or wrap duck tape around it. I'm sure there is a way to get the tire to bead up to the rim after changing with this thing but I just did that by hand.

It works just fine.

There's a reason this is the cheapest tire changer I've found. Holes drilled crooked and missing bolts. That being said, when you finally get it assembled it works just like it's supposed to so getting it for 45 and Change w/free shipping you cannot go wrong hence 5 stars.

Nice product, good value, does the job.

 Great value, nice product, assembly is not too bad. just make sure to tighten the screws at the end. the changer works well, easy to use and provide good support for the wheel. all you need to add is some foam on the uppper ring to protect the wheel. see my video below.
