Costway representative - Q:I have had temperature issues with my unit from the beginning. I have set the Left side to function as Freezer at -8*C, and the right side as Refrigerator at 8*C. The left side always reads as -10*C, and the right side will be -6 to -8*C. Even setting the right side to 20*C (maximum, assuming it would just not cool, and get the transference that is obviously happening from left side), and it's still -4*C. My liquids continue to freeze and burst in the right side. On top of that, I unplugged for 2 weeks, and plugged back in. Now I get a code of E1 every minute and a loud, long, beep. I can't find the manual, IF it came with one, or one online. How do I troubleshoot this?
