I got this as a birthday gift 3 years ago It's great & gets used every few days to make 4-6 galloon ziploc bags for the freezer ! The only complaint is the controls are hard to figure out & cleaning the freeze sections It should be removable to clean I''m in limestone country & the stuff just build up on them & the pump gets plugged where I got take the unit apart & clean all the sediment out the system ! There needs be a step by step instruction on how to go through the settings also ! And a diagram for disassembly to clean the war=ter tank & pump lines out !

I purchased this Costway countertop ice maker because I am tired of paying $3 a bag for ice. It makes excellent ice quickly. I wanted an ice maker I could place a 5 liter bottle for convenience. The bottle hasn't arrived yet. But I am loving the ice this makes. I love that I can take it with me in our RV.

- Q:I think my water pump quit ! Where can I order a replacement ? I got very hard water & things lime up very fast & it lasted over 3 years even with me cleaning it every year ! I got no complaints I used it 3-5 days a week filled tons gallon ziploc bags for my freezer & coolers in summer & my 56 oz mug I use daily ! I took it apart cleaned the lime scale out everything but still not sure the pumps going to work & I'm going at least have one on hand !A:Sorry, we do not sell parts separately.
