This is really easy to stand and work. The slope from side to side is perfect and doesn’t interrupt your typing. It’s very solid, high tech looking and it keeps your core engaged all day. I recommend this for anyone who wants to stay core strong without working out. You can hang it on the wall or slip it under your desk if you have an office meeting. Works as advertised. Good deal.

Not easy to move
I like the height a lot, but I hate that it’s so annoying to move up and down. You need a wrench just to move it and it’s difficult to get it over the ridges through the grips… so impractical for everyday use and I’m still stuck sitting bc it shakes the whole desk when I even try. Overall not great for photographers or editors needing to switch positions often…
