This 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner can cool and dehumidify areas up to 200 square feet.
It can deliver optimum cooling, provide dehumidification and meanwhile it has fresh ventilation function and equipped with a four speed fan. The full-function remote control allows you to operate each feature from across the room. Produces water on cool mode and came without drain hole plug, but works fine
02/01/2023The unit came without a drain hole plug for the top hole and this caused a lot of leaking at first (even on cool mode, which is not supposed to produce water, so be aware of that). When I contacted the seller they offered a $30 refund instead of a replacement part, which was fine for me. I have the unit several feet above the floor in a deeply recessed window sill and so I just attached a plastic tube to the hole and let it drain into a bucket on the floor. If my room was not designed like this I probably would have had to return it.
Functionally, apart from the missing drain hole plug and producing water on cool mode, the unit seems totally fine. Customer service was very polite and responsive. - D

Powerful unit, more compact than others
09/06/2020Got this for my mother and it was actually too powerful for her bedroom. Plan on moving it to my open format first floor where I think it will do a better job than the larger unit I have now.Love the compact size but the window piece for the hose doesn’t fit into our windows well and needed to be secured with a massive amount of painters tape, but we haven’t had much luck with that with any portables. The industry needs to make a better product in that regard. Perhaps with some sort of flexible rubber or silicone enhancements around to accommodate for the differences in window frames.It was received with poor packaging however. The box had no bottom and it was secured inside with heavy duty plastic stripping so if there had been serious problems with the unit, returning it would have been difficult to impossible.Seller was most helpful with a part that was missing and got it to us as soon as they could.All in all, if I needed another one, I would buy this model again.

Small compact cooling unit
06/08/2020This A/c unit met my expectations! It has the small form factor that I was expecting along with a touch sensitivity type of control panel button. It has an exhaust hose and panel that easily fit a normal sized double sash windowsill. I had a small problem with shipping process and the company quickly and reasonably handled my problem!
