It's easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions! If a bolt won't turn, take it out and try again. Don't tighten any bolts until all are installed. The product is of great quality and we are very satisfied.

Durable and cute! It took me (a 45 year old lady) about 1 hour to assemble it myself. Including unpacking. It's so comfortable!

Excellent product. Definitely the best "assembly required" product I've ever purchased. Well packaged with no damage. Clear instructions and labels. Great quality parts. All pieces fit perfectly. Assembly was a breeze. Perfect chair. The instructions say not to use an electric screwdriver, but I did and had no problems at all. I think they say this to avoid over-tightening and breaking the screw. The trick is to keep the nut tight against the material when tightening and stop when the screw head reaches the part. This way you don't over-tighten the screw.

The price was very good. We usually have no trouble putting things together and this one went very smoothly. The instructions were very clear. I was also concerned about the swivel and tilt. I bought this chair for my elderly parents who don't want the chair to wobble when moved. The rigidity of the chair is great and it is very stable when sitting down or getting up. I would definitely buy this again. Thank you!
