strong, sturdy patio set

 I have a small front porch space, about 6 feet wide and 5 feet deep, where I had a set of swing there for the past few years, however, my swing set is not longer working due to corrosion from weather and I've been looking for something else to fill in this space. I came across this two person patio chair set which fit well (it's actually a little close to 5ft wide so not fully take up the whole space but it's very close to what I need). The box came nicely packed, and it was actually pretty light so at first I thought it might not be very strong and sturdy enough to support my weight. However, upon finishing assembling all of its pieces together, the whole set is very solid, and I have no problem sitting on it (I'm about 230 lbs). All the pieces were carefully wrapped and labeled, even all the screws and washers too. The 2 cushions that were included are soft and cushy, the small glass-top built-in table in the middle between the two seats are great for cookies and coffee mug, there's also a small storage space underneath that glass-top table too. It's a nice little setup for my front porch, as I like to spent 10 to 15 minutes every morning, sitting outside and sipping my hot coffee. Best of all, I saw in the manual it said that this was made in Vietnam, it's a enjoyable sight to me as I get to buy something that was made in my home country.

I had to read the directions twice because I had leftover parts, a bit frustrating.

Patience

This is a nice product for the money. Everyone that wrote that the holes do not line up are correct. I found the best way to assemble this piece is to not fully tighten the bolts until you’re putting the last piece (Glass holder) so you have some wiggle room with bolts to catch and tighten. Need to drill some wholes that wwre not there

Wholes to put screws in were not all lining up or there were no wholes to put screws through had to drill wholes in some places. After the extra work it came out good.

Comfortable and Spacious

 The conversation set came earlier than I was expecting. I bought a full patio set and that was packaged into half the size of this box so that immediately had me realize this is much better quality. I assembled it with my husband in 20-25 minutes. It’s much easier if two people do it so one lines up the bolts and the parts and the other uses the power tools. Pro tip: do not tighten the bolts and screws all the way until you have all parts lined up. Learned this on our other assemblies so now we avoid tightening all the way until the very end and it saves us so much time. Once this was assembled we just put the glass on and it was good to go. It has its own cushions as well. Me and my husband both can comfortably seat ourselves on this. The cushion covers are washable but I put them in a deck box when not in use so I don’t have to deal with extra cleanings. This is well built and sturdier than my other set. I wanted to extend that set and make it bigger so I had more seats and got this and though it looks similar this is better built.

Classy, sturdy and durable little sitting area

Nice, compact and durable. We are using it on our indoor porch but i think it would be good outdoors. My kids love having a snack while sitting down and using the little table.

Worth it

Okay so I gave 4 stars for easy to assemble because I did have a bit of a hiccup and it took me a while to get one of the screws to actually screw in. But other than that this is a great piece. It’s very comfortable. It is a bit short so if you like to sit with your legs crossed or in the chair any way, it’ll be almost impossible if you aren’t a small person. It’s very durable, I like the material. It does retain heat a little so be careful if you’re putting it in the sun.

Once you figure out assembly...great purchase!

This product was un-necessarily difficult to put together because it did not come with instructions. What should have only taken us maybe 30 minutes or so, ended up taking a little over two hours because we had to figure out assembly on our own. Putting it together wasn't particularly difficult though-- no extra tools needed, it was easy to screw in the screws, etc. We still aren't sure if we used the right screws or not throughout the entire piece, but it seems very sturdy and it looks like it was put together properly. Once it has been set up though, it does look perfect on our front porch, and we greatly enjoy being able to sit outside. The little "table" in the middle is a great touch as well! Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase, but the couple hours that it took to figure out how to put it together was very stressful! Seems like an easy fix if they would just include instructions!
