It's a sit-up bench, lol,. I've had mine for awhile and it has held up well in all its' constructions. Perhaps the leg extender is a little sloppy or the pads may not exactly line up with your ankles, but all in all, not a problem... A helpful suggestion would be to raise the front off the floor about 24". Make a base or place it on something solid, this creates such a nice angle. A helpful tip,. The curve is designed for you NOT to have your shoulders touch.. Keep back straight the whole time you use it, and if you raise it you be able to keep tension at the top of your sit up too.
But overall great product
The product is easy to set up. I leave it in my living room and can do an exercise when watching TV. It is useful.
