Adjustable Sit Up Bench with LCD Monitor

This was exactly what I was looking for, I am absolutely loving my adjustable Sit-Up Board. I no longer have to count my sit-up reps which allows my mind to be more relaxed and enables me to concentrate more fully on my technique during my workouts. The monitor keeps tracks of my reps, total reps, time or calories burned. This bench offers me a variety of challenges that will surely make my workouts much more productive. Many times my wife and I workout at the same time and she is waiting for me to be finished with our barbell weight bench to do her dumbell workout, because the lower board on this unit can quickly be adjusted to transform it into a dumbbell bench she no longer has to wait. I am very pleased with the quality of the steel frame construction. The bench leather covering and padding are comfortable and appear to be durable. I'm completely excited about this addition to my home fitness equipment.

Especially after all of the food we have eaten on Thanksgiving. This is a nice sturdy addition that could be added to your home gym.

Purchased this for my husband's birthday. He love it. Works great for the workouts he does at home.I don't have a lot of space and just needed simple bench for sit-ups and light weights. This one worked out well. It is lite and easy to move around.

This sit up bench is just the item I needed to include in my workouts. Works with full body workouts. I have no problems with it so far. It didn’t take me much time to put things together. I don’t have much space in the room so I like how I can fold this bench to save space. Another thing I like about this sit up bench is the monitor.
