Mini Stepper with Resistance Bands and Adjustable Height for Exercise at Home

It\'s lightweight, so I pick it up and move it from one room to another. It\'s very stable. Don\'t need a mat underneath as it doesn\'t glide on the smooth floors I have. Pretty quiet. Don\'t know how long that\'ll last. Some def clicking sounds from both pedals. Not enough to raise the volume. The monitor is questionable as all pedometers are.

This Mini Stair Stepper is excellent. It makes me feel like I ran a marathon after using it. The best part is it is compact. I keep it in my living room. It also has been easy on my knees and helping me on my quest to get fit. I am way out of shape, and this has given me results for a very low price.

The price is good deal for the high-quality material used in this equipment. To assemble it is easy!. You need a good amount of space to use it and to store it. It’s not that big but you’ll need space. The noise level is minimal it’s not loud or distracting to hear (depending on your tolerance level for noise). Now, the workout I got from it is surprisingly tiring. It is gentle on your joints but you’ll get a good workout from it. Within 2 mins I can already feel my whole body warming up, my legs, glutes, core are activating within 3 mins! I’m currently recovering from a cough so I can’t use it for more than I can handle. But the effectiveness of it is there!!

This stepper machine is absolutely fantastic! Has a very small footprint so it does not take up a ton of space, I love that it also has the resistance band so I can not only work on my legs but my arms as well! Came pretty much assembled, all I had to do was put the little turn knob on the front and make sure that the police string was in place and we were good to go! The steps have some pretty significant resistance so it will definitely give you quite the workout, once I hit the 50 to 60 step Mark I was really feeling the burn! Very sturdy build, made of quality materials, if you are looking into exercising again, or for the first time, I definitely recommend this as it's very easy to get into- you can put this in front of your TV and work out while you watch your favorite show, movie, or playing a video game even. Absolutely terrific value for what all you are getting!

I love how compact this is, it fits in the perfect space. It’s functional is easy to use. Very sturdy for my weight. Barely any noise when exert. Great value for the price.
