Challenging assemby

The assembly instructions were obtuse at best, took 2 days to figure out how to assemble. Also, NO OPERATION MANUAL was included with this product. Forget trying to download an operation manual from Costway.com, doesn't exist. I've owned this chair for May 2020, still have difficulties getting chair lever to operate in order to adjust the height.

Wonderful Comfort All Day!

I purchased this chair for my wife who works from home. She has been using this chair for over 3 weeks, 8-10 hours daily and she is completely amazed by the the comfort and design. The mesh design keeps you cool and all the many different adjustments allow this chair to be customizable to your individual comfort needs. I would not hesitate purchasing this chair. Superior quality and design.

Very comfortable chair

The chair looks very well in my working station, is very comfortable and the thing I like the most is it lets the whole body breath while being sat. The only thing I would change are the wheels; instead of using plastic, it would be great rubber.

Light weight but sturdy office chair

This chair was the second similar one I purchased and has proven to be well worth the money. It's a straightforward assembly, although the instructions were missing one page. I absolutely love the USB lumbar vibration support. You can lean back and not be worried about tipping over. Highly recommend this chair.

Excellent Chair, Priced Way Above Retail

Compared to other similar chairs on Amazon, this is a good value at $249. However, after receiving the chair, the instruction manual states the actual manufacturer (it's not Giantex - they make up names so you can't search for better prices) and model number. With this information, you can search for a better price. Here it is:Costway model HW63657You can currently find this on eBay for $230 with free shipping. NOTE: The manufacturer's suggested retail price is $189.99. So, every place I could find selling this chair is price gouging. Do a little homework and save a bunch of $.

 I am a person that chases value and i will say I got a lot of satisfaction from buying this chair even though it cost more that $200.What you see is really what you get; I like it. I attached a video review and a few pictures.It would have been better if there was a video assembly instruction but the assembly is dummy proof.The screws will not fit into wherever it is not meant to go.Tunde.

Easily the best chair for the price

THIS CHAIR IS GREAT!I feel like I made the right choice. Solid materials, comfy, easy to assemble. This is just a damn good mid-range chair. Almost as good as the expensive ones that a typical tech office may have. I couldn't find anything in my price range (under $250) that looks like it would be worth getting over a cheap one.The only knock is I'm tall so the seat could be a little longer. But again I think this chair is great. Makes a big difference working from home.

Solis, needs a longer USB cord for massager

Just got this chair, after a few days feels pretty solid and comfortable. The back massager is a nice touch but the cord is about 2' shorter than it should be. The adjustments are easy to do and the lumbar support is helped a lot by the massage pillow. Less so when that is removed. I am pretty happy with this chair.

Great office chair

I love this chair, pretty easy to assemble but is easier with two people just because parts are a little heavy to balance and screws in, 10 min assembly with my daughter and myself. I had back pain with my old chair, a few days in and feeling great! Highly recommend

I did not get the USB massage piece listed with the chair.

The chair is great but did not actually come with the massager in the picture or description. I love the chair itself but paid an additional $60 for this one because it was supposed to come with the massager. Save the extra $60 and by the chair alone.

Awesome chair worth the money

I love this chair! It’s so comfortable I can sit in it for 8+ hours and still feel fine. It even comes with a removable back massager, it doesn’t really massage more vibrates but that was a nice addition. The mesh is great because it’s breathable.
