don't leave a lot of reviews, but this one definitely deserves it! The product comes in a box with a handle. Insert into the wall and tie down. Your arms can fit inside, giving you full control over its performance. I immediately felt like someone was doing this like a pro! In my opinion, that’s great, especially considering the price. Take the time to find your spot and you will find relief and relaxation. The product is well made and definitely worth it for me.
