This chair is life. Every one of my customers love it, and after working I relax in it. The separate neck massage feature is AMAZING. You can actually move the neck mechanism up and down to accommodate different people's needs. I bought 2 and will be buying more for home! Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

The chair is really great! Especially for the price.First off, the chair got here in 3 days which was way before the expected delivery time from UPS.The quality of the massage is really good! Not so hard that it hurts, but firm enough that it can really dig into those sore muscles.Pros:Really helped my neck! The neck massage is better than the back one on this chair in my opinion, but both are great.Super fast delivery,The speakers are good. The subwoofer isn't very powerful, but that's not a big deal for me.It's a good size and can fit through any doorway. I'm about 6ft and it may be a little small for me, but not by much. My wife loves it.Cons:The chair can "overheat" and you have to wait an hour or so to use it again. It only does that after using it for a long time (like an hour +) but it's a bit annoying if there are multiple people who want to use it.
