    Good quality Kitchen Playset

This is a really good quality playset, kid loves it. It might be a bit daunting to assemble but in the end it's all good. Also one thing to note, there is a smell which dissipates to a faint smell after a few weeks, some people with sensitive nose might not stand it.

    Mistakes were made.

Mistakes were made. I would like to start by saying this was a purchase made by myself, the wife, so it was of utmost importance and my responsibility to assemble said item and warn others of what is to come. While my husband was assembling a much simpler item…an easel at 10pm Christmas Eve…I gave myself the simple task of assembling a kitchen (it was MY idea after all to 1, buy this, and 2, wait until Christmas Eve to assemble.) This was not just a kitchen …it was a toddlers kitchen, equipped with tiny faucets and tiny handles that would soon prove to be the task for one very tired mama on Christmas Eve. Three and a half hours later, many curse words, a piece of pecan pie, and a tv screen asking “are you still there?” I was finished. Heck yes…I was finished. Eyes glazed over, 3 hours until the child was to wake up, and my stomach regretting the pecan pie washed down with a 3 day old orange soda. Was this easy to assemble? Heck no. Was the outcome good? Maybe??? Will it hold up to a 2 year old? My thoughts are that of the latter…. Is it cute?? My gosh yes. I think I played with this more than my son (who btw didn’t appreciate or show any interest in this Christmas morning). So if you are up for assembling a small kitchen that takes approximately 3 hours plus (and don’t get snarky …yes, I too thought,”pfft, easy. One hour tops) then this is for you! Tiny screws, tiny handles, things that pull at your heart strings because they are, well, tiny versions of our real life, than this is for you!! If you enjoy your palm skin callused and peeling from the 900th rotation of a screwdriver you had to scrounge up from your junk drawer because, no, one is NOT included in this box of nightmares, than this is for you!! SO, to sum things up, if you want to make your child mediocrely happy, play kitchen with yourself, lose some palm skin…which lets be honest, a little exercise never hurt anyone, and end up with the quaintest piece of tippable furniture that is also, insanely cute, than this is FOR YOU! Hopefully your child appreciates the work and effort you put into this because in the end it is worth it! (Or is it???)

    Little kitchen

Sorta thought this would be a bit bigger so that my son would be able to grow with it. For now it’s okay. He loves to play with it. The only thing I would say is to maybe try a way to re enforce the screws where the hooks go.
