Modern at Home Bar
I was tired of hiding my wine in the bottom of the cabinets and needed a better solution when i came across this modern looking wine cabinet/at home bar. The black wood and marble top blend nicely into my modern farmhouse home and accent nicely off my gray walls. I love how it stands out as a nice accent piece. Being able to store 18 bottles of wine and my wine glasses had totally cleared out two of my cabinets that were priorly used to store wine and bar accessories. They now all sit nicely on this cabinet doing two things: Creating more space in my kitchen for storage of other things, and creating a bar space where I can select a bottle of wine or mix a drink. Besides the 18 wine holders there is a lot of additional storage for other bar related items There are two shelves above, the hanging glass holder, a deep drawer (I used this to hide my bar tools like shot glasses, shaker, strainer, etc), and another shelf/space on the bottom that I used to keep my taller bottles of liquor. The installation wasn't terrible but was glad to have my wife help me because it made it go much faster. All in all this is a fun addition that creates a compact at home bar space without leaving my house.
