Great responsive customer support

The bicycle had a number of issues. The most important ones were the fact that the right pedal didn't rotate freely and the back tire was losing air (it would go flat within 24 hours). I reached out to customer support to return the item. Customer support was very responsive, apologetic and willing to try to fix or return the item. We ended up finding the best solution for us. So, item didn't meet my expectations, but customer support did

Awesome quality !!

Bought this for my grandson for his birthday who just turned 3 and he absolutely loves it . I was a little worried from reading some other reviews about him not being able to reach pedals ...but he fit perfectly and was able to ride no problem. Quality of bike was awesome, and very good price.
