*Please Note:
Select the space where you wish to assemble your tree, ensuring it is on a level surface and near a power source.
Please handle all contents with care, so that your product may last from season to season.
If a ladder is utilized during the assembly process, please adhere to all ladder safety instructions.
For long-lasting performance, please follow the care and storage instructions below.

Step 1
Unplug the tree from the power source and remove all ornaments or additional decorations.

Step 2
Carefully disassemble the tree, starting from the top section and working your way down to the stand. (For larger trees, we recommend having two or more people to assist with this step.)

Step 3
Gently fold the branches upward toward the center pole, similar to how they were arranged when the tree was first unpacked.

Step 4
Open your storage bag fully and place the tree sections inside carefully. Begin with the largest section, then alternate directions with the next largest sections. Place smaller parts and accessories in the remaining space.

Step 5
Store your Costway Christmas tree in a cool, dry place. Avoid areas with excessive moisture or heat to maintain the tree’s shape and lighting components in good condition.
Please refer to the product title and details for specific measurements. The listed tree height (e.g., 7.5 feet) typically includes the tree stand. The width at the widest point varies by model and height. Please check the product's detailed description on the website for the specific width and other dimensions.
Most of our Christmas trees are pre-lit. The light color options (e.g., Warm White, Multi-Color, or both) depend on the specific model. The product title and description will specify the included light colors. Many of our pre-lit trees also offer several lighting modes (steady on, flashing, chasing, etc.).
Yes, you can. The lights can be set to a steady, non-blinking mode using the included controller (which may be a remote control, foot pedal, or button on the power cord). Please refer to the product manual for instructions on how to cycle through the different lighting modes.
Our pre-lit trees generally use LED lights with shunt-wire technology. This means if a single bulb burns out or is removed, the rest of the bulbs on the string should remain lit. However, if a fuse in the plug fails or there is a wiring issue, a whole section may go out.
Most Costway artificial Christmas trees feature a hinged branch construction. This means the branches are permanently attached to the center pole and simply fold down into place. Assembly involves inserting the tree sections into the stand and then "fluffing" the branches to achieve a full look.
Unless specifically stated as "Outdoor" or "All-Weather" in the product description and packaging, our Christmas trees are designed for indoor use only. Using an indoor tree outside can pose a safety risk and damage the product.
Yes, the branches are designed to hold standard Christmas ornaments. For heavier ornaments, we recommend placing them closer to the trunk where the branches are strongest and more supportive.
Stock availability changes frequently. For the most accurate information on restocking dates for a specific model (e.g., Item No: 24167935), please contact our customer service team or check the product page on our website for updates.
For replacement parts, please contact our customer service department directly with your product model number and a description of the needed part. If your tree is still under warranty, you may be eligible for a replacement.
First, ensure all light string connectors between the tree sections are fully plugged in. If a section is still dark, check for any loose or missing bulbs and ensure they are securely seated in their sockets. If the problem persists, please contact customer service for further troubleshooting and support.
