High Back Portable Camping Chair with Compact Carry Bag and Pillow

ordered these chairs to take on a camping trip after we lost several to mice making their winter dens in the barn. First impression—I like the wider seat and the built-in cooler compartments in the armrests. The material seems a bit stiff, but this may be part of the chairs' "durability" marketing strategy. The chairs were easy to remove from the travel bag and opened quickly. The cooler compartments on the armrests zipped smoothly, without any snagging, and opened and closed effortlessly. I only used small ice cubes; ice (water) would have made a mess. The chairs are very sturdy. Compared to "normal" chairs, the base/tubes are much larger. The chairs are also wider, with protectors on the front corners to help maintain the integrity of the stitching and eyelets. The front corners have well-sized support stops to prevent the fabric from tearing. There's a (decorative) flap at the corners that pulls over the frame support. While it does hide the support, it's purely cosmetic and not functional. More important are the cushion supports in these corners. I'm 6'1" and weigh 210 pounds, and this chair fits me perfectly. It's definitely an improvement over the standard size. It does feel a bit larger when packed, but that's a fair trade-off for the extra space and sturdiness of the chair. The cup holders are standard size, which is disappointing, as there are plenty of 20-ounce glasses that could use a slightly larger opening. The only thing I don't like is the carry bags. They're too light for a chair this size. I wouldn't expect the bags to work with the chair. I didn't buy it just for the carry bags, so I wouldn't adjust my overall rating. The price of these chairs is in line with what you get and is in line with similar products. This is a solid set of chairs if that's what you're looking for!

Love these chairs; they're super large and comfortable. The cooler pocket is a nice bonus. I do wish the right cup holder was a little bigger and a little thinner when it fits in the carry case, but the chairs are still great.

Bought this a year ago. Needed a chair light enough to push a mile and easy to carry. This chair works great. I think we realized this summer that the nice pockets and cup holders really enhance its value. They're sturdy, fold up easily, and are lightweight for easy portability.

These chairs are sturdy and comfortable. They fold up very compactly for easy storage.

Great chair with side pockets for things like phones and a small cooler included.
