The hose reel is so great to use. 10 times better than the old plastic one I used to have. Very heavy duty. Easy to crank in hose if it is lined up with the reel.This is a great piece of equipment. The one we received didn\'t come with a manual, but this garden hose cart easy to put together. It\'s way better than the platic one. The cart is metal and it comes with wheels that you could push around. It\'s a well built sturdy mobile hose reel.
