The one we received didn\'t come with a manual, but this garden hose cart easy to put together. It\'s way better than the platic one. The cart is metal and it comes with wheels that you could push around. It\'s a well built sturdy mobile hose reel.

This was super easy to install, I love the ease of putting the hose away just pull on the hose then it winds up itself. You can pull the pin and the entire thing just comes off the bracket, the value for the money is really good
