Needed to use different bolts for it because the ones that came with it didnt work. It came with box head bolts to facilitate assembly, but the holes were too big so they wouldnt grip.

Handles my 200' of Commercial Grade Garden Hose With Ease
I ordered this all metal hose for two reasons (1) The plastic reels I'd had before this one each broke/fell apart after two-three years of moderate use.... and this one is all metal. (2) The hose reel on this cart is higher off the ground. I have had back surgery and having the crank up higher off the ground means I don't need to stoop over very far to wind the hose back onto the reel. This hose cart holds great promise. I've had this reel for a month now and so far it is working out just fine. It is sturdy and was a breeze to assemble (came with well written instructions).

Combines flexibility with quality construction
I have three frost free hydrants in my yard and I have one area near my back door that does not lend itself well to a wall attached hose reel. I also wanted flexibility to be able to move it to another location. I installed this hose reel and reeled up three hoses (not sure of total length but approx 150 feet) with no problem and room to spare. I connected it to the hydrant using a short hose with quick connect connections which gives me flexibility if I want this amount of hose in another location. The price is better than most for a reel with wheels and the crank works easily. The space for the hose is bigger than my other two reels d/t the design. I'm really pleased with the construction quality and ease of assembly. I would recommend this hose reel to anyone.

This is a great product.
This is a great product. Sturdy, durable, well designed and convenient...can easily store and move several hundred feet of garden hose. Will never buy one of those cheap

So far I like it, exactly as I expected. The downside was the assembly instructions! Pretty bad, kind of had to just figure it out for myself, but it was wasn't too hard. I like that it is all metal, that plastic stuff deteriorates and breaks pretty easy.

The reviews for this product was spot on. Easy to assemble and very easy to roll up my 200 ft. of hose I use. I have had it for one month and no problems. Weight distribution is what makes this product easy to operate. I was worried about being tippy but that has not happened. very happy with the design and operation.
