I received this water dispenser for my birthday. It has been working fine, until I turned on the ice maker today, and when I retrieved the ice, there was standing water below the shelving. The ice maker had been shut off for 2 days, as I didn’t need ice, so I don’t know how long the standing water was there. There was no mentioning of this in your trouble shooting guide, and would appreciate to hear back from you, at your earliest convenience. I would also like to know if there is an extension that you sell, for short necked bottles that don’t reach smart core that control the water flow? Does this contain a Prop 65 warning that I see on a lot of dispenser sites. I just want to make sure this does not contain any cancer causing chemicals. Thank you

I have had my machine since Dec 2020, have been very happy with it. Today I turned on the ice making feature, the whole bottle emptied into the ice reservoir and all over the floor how can this be fixed?

Can this unit be installed in a pantry? Will if give off too much heat?

I just got my unit, hooked it up for Christmas. The hot water works, but the cold water and ice do not work. i smells like burning plastic when the condenser runs. can this be repaired? I shipped this to my home outside the US, new in original box, and cannot get it back to Amazon for a return.

The water dispenses SOOO slowly. Is there a way to speed it up? I am not sure if it is a defect in my unit or if this is just the way it works. It is substantially slower than any dispenser I have ever had or used. Thank you!

Why does my ice melt? Is the ice chamber supposed to keep it a certain temperature?
