    The wheels were difficult to fit into the base at first. I almost gave up and wanted to return it. Fortunately, I was able to contact the manufacturer directly and they provided excellent support and advice in a timely manner to help me assemble it myself. The chair is good value for money, very stable, and fits well. It's not super soft, but it works.

    I've owned a few other brands similar to this one, and this one is probably my favorite so far. I've had it for about a week now, but it's been very comfortable and has held up well. Pros: Inexpensive Easy to assemble Armrests are soft Holds weight as advertised (doesn't sag when sitting hard) Footrest is a little flimsy, but seems to hold up, no bending in the bars Cons: The leather scratches very easily. I scraped it with my fingernail and it left a noticeable small hole mark. The extra cushion isn't super comfortable, just okay at best. The controls under the seat are a little hard to reach. Overall, I would recommend this.

    A great and affordable gaming chair alternative that is a cut above the expensive ones. The quality is way above expectations. The chair was very well packaged, the parts were neatly organized, and installation was easy. A small surprise, but a big deal for me - it came with an Allen wrench with a hard plastic handle, which made installation very easy. The reclining feature of the chair makes this chair very comfortable. Originally bought it for my husband, but I love it so much that I'm going to buy another one for myself!
