We bought this table to replace our previous 10 year old plastic table that was falling apart. We are so happy with our decision! We live in South Carolina and used to have plastic picnic tables that we definitely had to put up an umbrella to sit on during the blistering heat. This table stays cool all day long! It is heavy and you have to have someone to help you turn it over after assembly. My husband and I are both retired so we asked our son-in-law to help! Also, we received the exact number of parts we ordered. Some other reviews say there were fewer parts. If you want a durable table that is made in the USA, this is the one to get!

Every time I look at this table on Costway the price goes up. So glad I bought it then and now it's up to $1069. It was $998 when we bought it but I looked at it 3 weeks ago for about $952. Anyway, the delivery was easy. Costway called the day before and asked for my contact information to give to the truck driver. They gave us 2 hours to deliver it the next day by forklift. The delivery guy called me 5 minutes before he arrived and we met at the playground. We unloaded the table and put it where we needed it. We followed the instructions and assembled it with the tarp upside down. The assembly instructions were very vague! It would have been nice to have more pictures. We mistakenly installed the seat on the inside of the black brackets. You have to install them on the outside so that the four brackets line up. Make sure to wait until all the brackets are loose in place to allow some wiggle room before tightening. There was a washer missing from the parts but it was easy to find one in a trash can in the garage. After we turned it over, we went around and tightened them all. There was no need to level it because the playground floor was not level to begin with. It took us 1 1/2 hours to assemble, it was hot and the cicadas were flying and buzzing all over us. The kids will hate this weather once the pool opens. We are buying the anchor in hopes of preventing theft. It is worth the money and will last for many years. Thanks!

We wanted to put a picnic table by our pond, but we have donkeys, goats, and cows, so we needed something that would hold up to the animals and the weather. We looked at some commercial grade companies, but they don't offer reviews and shipping was super expensive. We loved that these tables are made in Texas (our home state) and that shipping was free. Shipping was super fast and the delivery company was super friendly. My husband assembled the table himself in an hour and a half. It's the prettiest green (my favorite color). I couldn't decide between round or square but chose the square because of the extra surface area of the tabletop. Each bench can easily hold two adults (or three kids). I love that we can all see each other, unlike the rectangular benches. It's also very heavy duty, so we don't have to worry about someone stealing it (although we decided to add a chain to the tree with the lock) or it blowing around in the West Texas wind. The finish is a bit glossy and very smooth. Doesn't burn your hands. I don't normally review much, but this one was so great I had to share it (with pictures!).
