So let me start from the beginning. The fireplace insert was damaged upon opening. I contacted the manufacturer/seller. This was a Christmas gift for my wife, and I received it a week early. Their response was incredibly quick. I sent them photos, and they sent me a new one, which arrived the day before Christmas! After installation, it was used at our family Christmas dinner! The quality is excellent, and the whole family loves its appearance, quality, and design. Highly recommended; it warms my 400-square-foot basement perfectly. The seller was very efficient and responsive, and even sent me a new fireplace insert, making this a fantastic shopping experience. We chose the white fireplace insert with a dark wood countertop. It's quite heavy. The glass door has a soft-close function, which was a pleasant surprise. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The dimensions are also perfectly accurate. Some parts require a screwdriver and hammer to assemble, which might be a bit tiring for your hands.
