This is the weakest stool I've ever encountered.

    02/06/2023

I was so excited to get this stool for my shower. After a knee injury I needed something to prop my leg up to shave. the first time my husband put this together I sat on it and it seemed okay. I am well within the weight max specified in the description. However, when I showered and put my leg up on it to shave, the metal began to bend and the stool became unstable. I was at risk of hurting my knee again! It was very serious. I received this item 30 days ago and they will not let me return it. Amazon is not the seller it is a partnered seller so big red flag. I wish I had realized it first. This stool sucks. Don't get it, don't even deal with this seller. I tried to contact them and nobody responded only an automated response. Not worth the money.

    Decent chair

    02/04/2023

I have this in the shower for a place to raise a leg up on to wash. about once a month i have to re-bend the legs to get to sit without wobbling as the metal just returns to where it is. And despite this being aluminum, the metal pins that keep the height are steel, and have left rust stains in the shower. thankfully they came up with just some water and rag but it's frustrating that they couldn't use even the smallest bit of non-rusting metal for those, or at least could have coated them better. This is after 3 or so months of use.

    Best shower chair I’ve used

    08/29/2022

I purchased my first one 2.5 years ago based on my home health nurses recommendation. It held up so well. I just purchased a second one. I love the top because it doesn’t hurt my skin what-so-ever! I have a standard tub/shower combo and it fits perfectly! I will buy this every time!

    Looked nice. can't use it.

    06/02/2022

Good material. Sturdy. Can't use it. A three-legged stool with four legs. The leg at the point of the corner sticks out for stability but gets in the way in a small stand-up shower. Stub toes or maybe a tripping hazard.

Wood rotted after a few months

    05/05/2022

It was good ‘till it wasn’t. Evidently, a crack appeared on the underside of the seat where water got in, rotting the wood and weakening the screw that held the leg. One day, the chair slowly gave out and bent to one side. I got off before it totally gave way. The product description says weight capacity is 350 lbs under the picture and 300 lbs further on. I weigh 285 so, that should have not been an issue either way. It was out of warranty so I have no recourse. Too bad, it was very comfortable. I am glad it didn’t give way suddenly. Too many accidents happen in showers. Think twice before ordering this product.
