works good

i like to eat my ice when my drink is finished so i got this so i wasn't breaking cubes with my teeth. i use half moon from the freezer and run it through twice to really break up the cubes. hope it last a long time since i use it allot.

Great product and customer service

Ordered this item a few weeks ago and it worked great as it made our cocktails much better. After using it for those few weeks it stopped working and I contacted the seller. They responded right away and after some minimal trouble shooting they shipped me a brand new machine was has been received and works great. I appreciate the timely response and quick action to replace the broken machine. Items will sometimes not work or stop working, but it's the customer service that makes a great experience and that was certainly the case here. Will not hesitate to buy something from this seller again.

Good ice crusher

This product works great. I do send my ice back through twice because I like it really crushed. But this is perfect for what I was looking for since I don’t have a crusher in my fridge door anymore. I’ve only seen a couple pieces of black in the ice but not anything and have ran water through when that happens. Also hopefully it doesn’t break as others have seen happen but so far so good. If it does break I will put an updated review on here to let those know who are looking as I use this every other day.

Great ice crusher

I like small ice rather than ice cubes. This machine makes clean crushed ice but not shaved ice. I also used crushed ice to make cold appetizer and cocktail. It makes ice quickly at a very minimal noise. This is a great little manual machine. Works smoothly and is easy to clean and maintain. Ordered online. Came packaged securely and in a timely manner. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent ice crusher

This machine crushes ice in a second. My daughter love ice. Unfortunately, my fridge only make ice cubes. So I bought this for her. It crushes the ice just like Chick fli ice. We both love it. The noise is not too bad, and it make clean ice too.

Wish I'd ordered this years ago. I really enjoy my different drinks over the crushed ice.Dealing with the Company was really easy and they made sure all parts work great. Willbe buying from Costzon again.
