A massage chair that makes everyone happy.

My coworkers have been asking for a massage chair for a while and we finally decided to get one. It is a bit costly but worth every penny. Everything starts from the first impression, the package is big but protects the chair well. It do takes some time to assemble, but thankfully, we have a smart maintenance guy who finished the job neatly. The chair seems well made and the material is durable. It is very comfortable in both sitting and reclining position. The vibration is perfectly enough to enjoy from. The cupholder is a plus, it is really relaxing when having a coffee and massaging at the same time. Everyone falls in love with it, now we have to make a schedule so that it won't be occupied by someone too long. Overall, it's something that makes everyone happy and they are now requesting a second one..

Very nice chair. I was a little apprehensive about buying this chair online, but my fears were eased after I talked to a rep to track my purchase. The delivery & set up went as smooth as could be & my mother loves it. It is a sturdy chair & works just like the description says. My only question is to the white connector. I am assuming it might be for a phone/internet connection. The instructions don't say. My Mom has no interest in either so it really doesn't matter. Just curious...

great chair! Got it fast but notice with tracking number went to junk mail. Be sure to check the very bottom of email to find tracking number. Wish the phone number was on web site.

Attractive, comfortable, and relaxing massage chair

This chair was very easy to put together. The plugs for the massage get plugged into the back and the chair back slides over prongs. That is the extent of the assembly; very easy, no screws or tools needed. It is a lovely deep brown; almost black. Even though it is not real leather, it looks like it. I think it is probably softer than real leather would be. I am 5'2" and the chair is a good size for me. In my opinion, if you are over 6 ft. you might want a more papa-sized chair. The massage is interesting, it pulsates and moves around. Definitely not your old boring steady massage. It has a separate heat button. You can have massage with heat, just heat, or just massage. You can also press buttons directing what areas of the spine to massage or not. I am very happy with this purchase!!!

Easy to put together

I just received my chair today. Easy to put together. It is a little firm which I am hoping it will soften up as it is used more. I am 5'5" and my feet hang over the leg rest. The leg rest is kind of hard to put back down. The message is pretty good on high intensity and seeing as I live in the south and it is still 85 in November, I have yet to use the heat. Overall, I am pretty happy with my purchase.
