Disappointed

Disappointed in this, I thought this was soft heat technology , but it's more like a giant heating pad, too many wires running through , I'll put this on the the grandchids bed because he's light enough not to feel the wires . Plus it took two weeks to get it

Pain Relif

I brought it for use in hot summer at Arizona:) It is for my dad who has rheumatism. The heat is welll controlled to relief his back pain. So he can have some warm up in AC room, but not affect my mom due to the nice size!
