This machine has a slight automatic incline , you can’t adjust that . Speeds are good.. slightly smaller than the gym ones , I felt I was pushing myself more , Might need to add more silicone to it . But it does work , it’s a nice size , it’s foldable and you don’t break the bank to have your own machine at home .

We received the treadmill a couple of weeks before it was supposed to be delivered, which was okay. It was delivered by UPS. We were not happy about that, since it was not delivered on the day they notified us about the delivery. The item got lost somewhere, but we finally did get it. We ordered a Gymax but received a GoPlus treadmill. It did look the same, though. It is sturdy enough but not as sturdy as our old old and not as large. The deck is only 40 inches long, which may create problems for a tall person, lets say over 5'7". It is very silent when it runs, which if great. So far we are happy with the purchase. The instruction are not very clear but we managed to put it together. There should be more pictures to identify the parts.

The variety of speed settings makes it suitable for different types of workouts, whether it’s walking or running It’s perfect for exercising at home during the winter when it’s too cold to go outside.
