This filter and faucet are very easy to install. We've been using it for a few months and are very happy with the taste and clarity of the water. We use a municipal water system, and we can clearly tell the difference between the taste of the water coming out of the faucet and the water coming out of the filter. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

We live in an area with hard water. The water tastes terrible and has a fishy smell, which I hate. So I decided to try this, and it's amazing! We have two dogs and two cats. My dogs won't drink tap water; they always go outside to drink from the fish pond. I installed this amazing little filter, and my dogs and cats finally started drinking from the water fountain. I swear, they know it's better for them. We also have an ice maker, and the ice cubes taste even better. It's a lifesaver! We never have to go to the water fountain again. This is our second one. I highly recommend this to everyone!

wasn't sure it was working properly the first time I flushed it, because after the third flush, there was no water. I later realized that the kettle didn't completely fill the refill tank. After that, I flushed the tank and then the kettle remineralization filter, and the machine worked properly, and the water tasted great. I was able to add any extra water in the tank to the kettle with the filter.

This filter is fantastic; it instantly and noticeably improved the taste, smell, and clarity of my tap water. I live in a small, isolated town, and our water comes from a local lake. Twice a year, when the lake overflows, the water takes on a strange taste and smell (almost like mold). This filter completely solved that problem! Installation was incredibly easy—all it takes is a drill, a crescent wrench, and some vise grips. It installed neatly on the cabinet wall under my kitchen sink and connected to my water line and faucet, with absolutely no leaks (no Teflon tape required). Everything else you need is included in the box, and there's even a little reminder button that's programmed to let you know when the filter needs to be replaced. It's rated for about a year, but you might be able to extend it a bit longer. From what I understand, if you want to extend the life of the filter, you can simply get a larger one, as they all use the same adapter (I think). Therefore, I recommend installing it a little higher than usual in case you need to upgrade the filter size. After rinsing for 5 minutes, the cold water from my tap started to run clear and crisp, with no noticeable taste or odor. A huge upgrade! I only use it for drinking water, making ice, and even my morning tea has become much better. It's a bit bulky, but for something that's completely invisible and lasts so long, I don't think that's a problem. It's much less intrusive than a faucet filter or refrigerator pitcher, and you don't even have to think about it until it's time to replace the filter, which is about once a year. It also slightly reduces the water pressure in your cold water line (I'd estimate about 15%), so if your water pressure is already low, this might be something to consider. It wasn't a problem for my setup, so I barely noticed it. Overall, I highly recommend this filter! For the price, you get clean, great-tasting water from the tap at all times, with minimal maintenance and a simple installation process.
