Good for lighter weight workouts.

It is decent for the price. Remember this is a cheaper bench with a pretty low weight limit. I weigh 205 and workout with 200 lbs on this bench. It holds up but I wouldn't push it much past that. Feels a little rickety.

Good bench for the price

It's a great bench. You're going to need a socket wrench (doesn't come with one) to definitely get those nuts on their tight. Also the width is not as long as most you see out there, probably the size of my forearm. So if you are doing certain moves like up and over it'll be a little harder if you have big feet like I do (size 9.5 women's). Overall a good bench for the price.
