must say, I'm extremely satisfied with this vanity. It arrived earlier than expected and the packaging was excellent. However, when I opened the box and started taking out the parts, I discovered the mirror was cracked. I immediately contacted the seller, and their customer service was fantastic! I sent them photos and the information they needed, and they quickly sent another one. Thankfully, the second mirror arrived intact. We started assembling the vanity, and it was a breeze! The instructions were very simple and easy to understand, although I recommend two people lift the mirror onto the vanity, as it's a bit heavy and a little strenuous to move. As for the quality… it's a pretty good vanity, much better than I expected. There are a few minor flaws, but nothing major (except for the cracked mirror on the first one). Overall, it looks great, is very sturdy, and has plenty of storage space for all my daughter's essentials. Highly recommended!
