Got this so my cats could window perch. My view isn\'t as accessible as my last apartment. This is the perfect size and not an eye sore like most affordable cat trees. Its not super tall but has a good height. My only issues were how easily my cat ripped the ball off the string and how close the perches are together. If you have grown cats its a bit difficult for two to sit on the perches at one time because of how close they are together. But my cats make it work. Its pretty aesthetic not bulky at all and has a cute cubby.

When this came it was very nice once it was put together except for the lower platform did not have the material at here to the board underneath it very well. The scratching post section on the side of the lower level was completely ignored by my cats. In fact that is the only piece that survived the everyday use. The main cat that used this cat condo had it tore up within 2 months. All of the material was easily pulled off of the frame of this condo. It was a pretty cool design when it arrived however it did not last long at all. If you don't mind replacing this six times a year then this would be the right condo for you. I would suggest buying a couple of them at a time so you will have one ready to go when your cat tears all of the material off of this one.
