Their customer service is amazing! I had a slight issue with certain parts and they exceeded my expectations of how to correct the issue!! The product itself is beautiful once set up and it’s huge! Be sure to follow the weather instructions. If you plan to keep it up all year round I heavily advise you buy sand bags to weigh it down even more than the provided anchors or it will fall down. Overall I do love it.

The tent is so beautiful, The packaging is very good and there is no damge. It is easy to install according to thw intructions. It matches my balcony, The quality if the bracket and fabric is very good.

Easy set up!

Very easy to set up, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't think it would hold up very well in windy conditions. I have mine located in a corner patio, so it is somewhat protected.Very nice appearance and keeps the bugs away!

Great product

The beige color of this tent matches perfectly with my home decoration, it is looking fantastic to have it sitting at my front lawn. I like the design of the having the mosquito netting around the entire tent as mosquito is the real issue during the summer time. The structure of this tent is firm and great, and the installation process was easy.

Anchor well!!

Great tent, only wish posts were weighted.Have to buy weights to keep tent from flying away on windy days!

great find - easy to assemble

After having gone through several canopies over the years, this reasonably priced 10 x 10 canopy is a great find. The sturdy pole construction spring clips into place so the pieces do not come apart, the corners are squared - no extra 6" or so extending off each corner do it fits perfectly on our 10' wide deck. We were missing some curtain rings, but the seller responded immediately that replacements would be sent. I would buy the product again.

The mosquito netting is perfect, for some reason there’s been a lot of mosquitoes in my yard and I can’t have fun outdoors without getting a bunch of mosquito bites. Now I can enjoy my food outside without itchiness. The top is also very waterproof, sturdy and durable.

It's a great investment

It's pretty good product. I got it for my backyard since the whole family had to spend most of time at the house for safety this summer. Have something like this brings lots of convenience and fun to the family. The tent was not easy to assemble due to the size and special ground I have. It seems pretty sturdy so far after setting up . I like the size which is perfect match to my backyard. And our family now can enjoy the sun and fresh air in our backyard regardless to the weather factors. Overall, great investment.

Great Patio Gazebo

This is a great Gazebo.  I was able to assemble the gazebo in less than four hours, by myself! Looks just like the picture once built.  I anchored the gazebo to my deck with screws, and is very stable in the wind and sturdy. Good buy

I love it!

Very big inside and the color is beautiful! I love it!! Where I live has tons of mosquitoes, and I hate to be outside. But now with this tent, I can stay outside as long as I want and feel the breeze see the sunset! Love it!!

I got what I need!

I was scrambled to find and buy a canopy the day before our family Christmas party as this year is the first year we are in our new house to share joys. I ended up purchasing this one after I compared 4 different products. We finally set up this canopy this afternoon. I am here to share my positive experiences.The pros:1- easy assemble. It took us 45 mins to fully assemble it. You need a guy tho.2- Assemble handbook is easy to read. Super friendly for someone like me don’t really do anything like this.3-it’s sturdy, and seems like it will last for multiple years to come. It has 8 stools to stick to the ground and another 8 pieces to hook it up with top carpets.4- water-proof, and more importantly dries fast which is important when having to pack it up regardless after events. We have kids to play in the backyard everyday. It is easy and fast to assemble and pack up with the canopy still on.I also like that it blocks out sunlight well, so you feel cooler underneath it. We didn’t put the pieces of curtains to block out the wind. This is especially important for us down south during summer time. We like to hang out with family outside.My only con is that I would have also liked a choice in colors!!
